1. Classroom Renovation & Expansion
While our classrooms are generally spacious and ventilated, many require refurbishment to improve lighting, acoustics, and accessibility. Temporary structures still in use must be replaced with permanent, well-equipped classrooms, complete with modern furniture and storage solutions to foster an optimal learning.
2. Technology & Digital Learning Tools
Currently, majority of the learners lack access to learning computers, limiting their digital literacy and educational opportunities. While some teachers have projectors or computers, interactive whiteboards, tablets, and smart TVs are needed to facilitate one-to-one student engagement and modern teaching methods.
3. Sanitation & Water Supply
Our toilets, washrooms, and handwashing stations are functional but insufficient for the student population, especially during peak hours. Upgrading these facilities will ensure better hygiene, health, and safety for all.
4. Reliable Electricity & Solar Power Backup
Though electricity supply is generally stable, occasional power outages disrupt lessons and critical operations. Installing solar energy systems and emergency lighting in key areas, such as dormitories and the kitchen, will guarantee uninterrupted learning and safety.
5. Library & Learning Resources
Our small library lacks digital materials, updated books, and comfortable reading spaces. Expanding and equipping it with modern learning resources will help learners explore knowledge beyond classroom limitations.
6. Science Labs & Vocational Training Spaces
Currently, the school has no dedicated science laboratories, hindering practical learning. We also need specialized rooms for art, vocational training, and woodwork to equip learners with hands-on skills for future careers.
7. Playground & Outdoor Facilities
While basic outdoor space exists, sports equipment and recreational facilities are limited. Enhancing these areas will promote physical health, teamwork, and social development.
8. Security & Accessibility
The school has basic fencing, but installing a CCTV surveillance system will significantly improve safety and monitoring, ensuring a secure environment for learners and staff.
